Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

For the birthday wishes. I'm sorry I wasn't around to respond at the time. I was really depressed for..basically all of last year, and the holiday season was especially bad, but I've resolved to make this year much better, and so far it seems to be working.
So I'm an MLP:FiM fan obviously. Started following the show around December and was blown away by the sheer amount and quality and fanart being produced. I decided around April that since the interseason hiatus was coming up, I was going to pick up a pencil and learn how to do art in time for season two. I've spent the past few months grinding my skills up and plan to keep doing so in the future.
